KyClick Customer Sync ("the App") is an internal software tool operated by CornerStone Protection ("we", "us"). It connects to a QuickBooks Online company only when an administrator of that company authorises it.
We grant the authorising QuickBooks company a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App for its own internal business purposes. The App is not sold or offered to third parties.
The App reads accounting records (customers, transactions and related lists, excluding payroll) from the connected QuickBooks Online company and stores a read-only copy on a server we control, so that our phone assistant can identify callers who are existing customers and our staff can use the records for internal reporting. The App does not create, change or delete any data in QuickBooks.
An administrator can disconnect the App at any time from QuickBooks Online (Settings → Apps). After disconnection the App stops reading data, and we delete the stored copy within 30 days.
The App is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from its use.
We may update these terms; the current version is always published at this address.
